Strategy Development and Implementation

For instance, we have assisted large business units in multi-national corporations conduct effective strategic planning within the context of their corporate mandated methodologies. Also, we have helped companies "jump start" their methodologies and develop effective strategic plans within the constraints of a variety of methodologies.

Strategic Market Research

We conduct proprietary research designed specifically to address clients’ strategic issues. Our research is generally not commodity level market research (e.g., consumer surveys, simple online research, etc.). Rather, we help clients resolve critical open questions through research that drives strategic decision-making – assessing new product and service opportunities, analyzing complex competitive environments, and informing the merger and acquisition process. We are particularly strong in qualitative research techniques, interviewing “hard to reach” decision-makers, and structuring research results so as to enable informed strategic decisions.

Strategic Alliance Development

Strategic alliances continue to grow in importance to many clients’ strategies. We help in a variety of ways – helping to define objectives and criteria for alliances and potential partners, identifying and evaluating potential allies, and structuring alliance plans and strategies – ensuring that alliances focus on partners’ shared objectives and recognize and mitigate potentially conflicting objectives.
