CONSULTANTS WE RECOMMEND

Smock Law Firm Consultants has limited itself to seven areas of assistance – strategic planning, strategic plan implementation and execution, mergers and combinations, practice group management, law firm economics, operational excellence and strategic management issue resolution. From time-to-time, clients ask for services that we do not provide or for the names of consultants who provide those services we do not provide. While we have not researched the entire base of legal marketplace consultants, we have met and worked with a number of consultants who we admire, professionally respect, and willingly recommend.

These consultants are listed below – with limited explanation of their services and a link to their websites. We should note and underscore that we do not have formal business relationships (e.g. – fee sharing) with these consultants and firms, only our professional respect and, thus, their inclusion.
