The
Need For Law Firm Management Consulting
Assistance
Law firms’ management issues
are very similar to the clients
they serve – the need to differentiate
true client responsive expertise,
retain the exceptional professionals
who can achieve and maintain that
differentiation, organize resources
to meet client needs, and provide
an acceptable return to the partners.
While the quality and sophistication
of law firm management and leadership
has markedly improved to respond
to these needs, there are often
gaps in the skills and resources
that qualified outside professionals
can fill.

What We Do
We focus our consulting
assistance to law firms on helping
address and resolve those key strategic
issues that have major impact on
a firm’s near term success
and long term direction and focus.
This involves four key areas of
practice – strategic planning,
mergers and combinations, practice
group management, and strategic
management issue resolution.
